Strictly adhere to the bottom line of aviation safety to ensure the safety of passengers' travel and airport operations. Our company, in collaboration with the core product TM81-AL facial alcohol recognition terminal, has reached a deep cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Airport to build an intelligent personnel safety detection system. As a technological pioneer in the field of intelligent security checks, we have become an important partner of Shenzhen Airport's security guarantee system by leveraging the high reliability of our products and the ability to provide scenario-based solutions. The deployed TM81-AL terminal is equipped with the Rockchip RK3568 high-performance hardware platform, integrating dual-lens wide dynamic cameras and 16mm electrochemical fuel cell alcohol sensors, achieving dual functions of rapid face recognition (≤0.3 seconds) and precise alcohol detection (measurement range 0-400mg/100mL, error ±4.0mg/100mL). The device supports live body detection (accuracy rate 99.5%), intelligent voice broadcasting, and real-time data upload. Combined with the IP65 dustproof and waterproof design and the -20℃ to +60℃ wide temperature working environment, it can adapt to the stable operation of 24 hours in complex airport scenarios, efficiently completing pre-job alcohol checks and entry/exit management for staff. The successful implementation of this project not only verifies the adaptability of our products in large transportation hubs, but also enhances airport safety management through the "face + alcohol detection" intelligent security inspection model. In the future, we will continuously iterate core technologies to provide more intelligent and reliable safety detection overall solutions for high-risk industry scenarios such as transportation, heavy industry, and mining.
